Last night at my gym Heavy Weights we went full Halloween mode… and dressed up as Ruby K. — my 77-year-old powerhouse and celebrity. 😂💪

We had sunglasses. We had headbands and our HW T-shirts, listening to “Sunglasses at Night” by Corey Hart.

I was just responding to messages in our WWLW App group chat and I thought I’d share this one with you. She just finished our Strong Her in 28 program and loved it!

After Strong Her I recommended that she try the “30 Day Hard Core Challenge” which is a core focused full body program.
