1. Lynn (70) just broke the internet
I shared a video of my client Lynn (70) doing resistance band jumps… and it’s closing in on half a million views.
I love seeing this.
I coach women across all ages, and one of the biggest things we lose as we get older is explosive power. When trained properly, movements like this can help you maintain it—or even build it back.
I’ll also be breaking this exercise down for you this week.
2. Hard “CORE” Week is here
I started posting about core training a couple days ago and the response was awesome.

3. Should You Use A Lifting belt?
I shared a post with my views on this as a coach and athlete. And it goes even deeper because I share a big mistake in how I viewed using a belt many years ago, ruined my back, and learned a lesson that I now always do my best to pass on to others).
