Random Thing #3
WWLW “Hard Core” 30 Day Challenge Upate
I got a little delay and I am pushing the WWLW 30-Day “Hard Core” Challenge back a few weeks.
It will be added to the WWLW App Feb 14th!
I had a few delays as I am recording all new videos for this challenge and it will incorporate Barbells, Kettlebells and Dumbbells.
I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to programming and trust me it will be worth the wait :).
