I just finished responding to one of my online clients, and I had to share this with you!
A few months ago, she posted in our WWLW Facebook group about severe back pain that made everyday life and work difficult. Lifting, was painful, especially deadlifts.
Fast forward a few months, and not only is she pretty much completely pain-free, but her deadlifts are looking strong and powerful.
The transformation in her technique and skill is much improved —and I’m honestly so proud of her progress. I love what I do, and seeing stories like hers is why I’m so passionate about helping women like you achieve their goals.
