Hi, I’m Coach Rob, the founder of Women Who Lift Weights. With over 25 years of coaching experience and a decade focused on women's performance and strength, I’m here to guide you through the next 42 days.
I’m an IPF World Powerlifting Champion and a 5X Team Canada Powerlifting Coach. I am also a ex competitive BodyBuilder, Body Transformation Expert and owner of Heavy Weights Gym for 15 years. My passion is helping women like you achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives.
