She texted me this photo of her squat rack.

“Here is what I have for training..”

Awesome! This will be fun… Do you have anything else?

“A barbell, 250 pounds. of bumper plates, some bands, a plyo box I grabbed off Temu (lol), and the squat rack I sent. I was thinking about getting some kettlebells, but I don’t really know how to use them. Although I’ve been watching all the videos of the women on the WWLW Instagram page using them and I'd love to learn more.”

She trains at home and wants to lift 4-5 days a week.

Her goals?
