This past week didn’t go the way I planned.

I had a hard personal couple of days and after that I got hit with a brutal stomach virus that put me in bed for nearly three days. Between everything going on personally and physically, the StrongHer 42 launch just… fell apart :(.

I love this program and I am SO proud of it. Both the standalone version and the improved WWLW Strong Her App programs (I redid them all) and more.

But this week my plan to promote, educate and go more into detail about Strong Her in 42 fell apart :(.

But tomorrow is a new day and new week and time to get back under the bar and in the gym.
