Random Sunday (on a Monday) Sept 15
StrongHer28, Barbell Club Tour, WWLW YouTube
Coach Rob here and happy Monday to you.
I wrote this e-mail last night like my usual Sunday night e-mails.
But I was so exhausted I feel alseep and forget to push “send”.
It’s been a long busy but awesome which leads us into our 3 Random Things for this Sunday (I mean Monday lol).
1️⃣ StrongHer in 28 — Free This Week Only!
StrongHer in 28 has been the foundation program at my gym for years.
It’s where women learn how to squat, bench, and deadlift properly — using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. This simple but powerful 28-day program has introduced hundreds (if not thousands) of women to lifting weights and strength training.
I’ve seen it change lives — women walking in nervous, unsure, even intimidated… and walking out stronger, more confident, and ready to keep going. 💪
Now, I want to share this exact same program — and the community that comes with it — with YOU.
For the first time, I’m opening up StrongHer in 28 free inside the WWLW App — but only if you join this week.
Here’s what you’ll get:
👉 Do the full program at no charge — 28 days of structured training to guide you step by step
👉 Coaching tips + support in our WWLW Facebook Group (225,000 women strong!)
👉 Accountability + encouragement from other women doing the challenge with you
If you’ve ever wanted to learn proper technique, build confidence in the gym, and start (or restart) your lifting journey, this is your chance.
StrongHer in 28 is perfect for beginners — and it’s also a great reset program if you’ve been away from training and want to get back into the swing of things.
Don’t wait — join us this week, start building your foundation, and see what you’re capable of.
2️⃣ HW/WWLW Barbell Club Tour
This week is a big one — 20 new women are starting StrongHer in 28 at the gym, and the energy is electric. To give you a behind-the-scenes look, I filmed a quick tour of the Heavy Weights / WWLW Barbell Club so you can see where the magic happens.
My gym is a pretty unique place. It’s a strength-focused community where about 80% of our members are women — from brand-new beginners learning their first squat, to world-class powerlifters competing on the international stage.
What ties it all together is our focus on The Iron: barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and the belief that strength training can transform not only your body, but your confidence and your life.
It’s not just a gym — it’s a community I’m proud to build and be part of every day.

3️⃣ WWLW YouTube Channel — Growing Fast
Our YouTube channel has been taking off lately — and I couldn’t be more excited to see how many women are learning, lifting, and getting strong(er) from the videos we’re sharing.
What you’ll find on the channel:
⚡ Quick shorts with coaching cues you can apply immediately in your next workout
🎥 Full breakdowns on bracing, setup, and technique progressions/regressions
💪 Real training clips from my clients — from age 9 all the way to 77 — proving that strength has no limits
🏋️ Practical training tips for home or gym setups so you can train effectively anywhere
Whether you’re brand new to lifting or an experienced lifter looking for refinements, you’ll find videos that keep you learning, inspired, and fired up to train.

That’s it for this Sunday I mean Monday :).
