It’s Sunday and that means it’s time for “Random Sunday” where I talk 3 random things about WWLW or me, and this week is all about the craziness of Black Friday weekend.

With a funny twist lol.

Let’s get right into it.

1️⃣ Black Friday Weekend & The Power Goes Out

One of the cool things that I love about WWLW is that it allows me to work online and Black Friday weekend doesn’t mean me having to do anything but work from home.

However, that gets a bit difficult when on Saturday night half way through the weekend and the power goes out lol.

I live in a small little city in Newfoundland Canada with a population of 2,500 ish people, and power outages here are rather common because of the crazy weather.

So this morning to get my hot coffee and get back to all things WWLW this is how I started my busy day lol.

2️⃣ I Have A HUGE Plan for WWLW and the FB Group for Monday Jan 12th

I can’t go into too much detail but I have been quietly working behind the scenes on something big for WWLW.

With a massive Facebook group of 250,000+ women it has a very big impact and reach.

And I plan to take that and combined it with a 6 week group focused strength based challenge that takes the best of everything I have ever done into one program that will be unreal.

Strong body.
Strong mind.
Stronger you.

My goal is to make the WWLW FB group feed filled with women lifting, sharing their successes, posting for accountabiluty and cheering on the success of other women.

It is going to be a moment of women supporting women through strength.
