Random Sunday Jan 13
Happy Sunday! (Or Monday… depending on when you’re opening this. No judgment! 😉)
It’s Coach Rob here, and I hope you’ve had an amazing weekend so far. Things have been full steam ahead with life and all things Women Who Lift Weights (WWLW) and my gym the Heavy Weights Barbell Club since the New Year—and I couldn’t be more excited (and grateful) for what’s to come!
If you’re new here—welcome! 🎉
My "Random Sunday" emails are where I drop 3 random things from my world and the WWLW community to kickstart your week with inspiration, tips, and maybe even a laugh or two.
I’m about to head to bed and I wanted to send you this e-mail.
Check them out below and let me know what you think.
Wishing you a strong, empowered week ahead!

Check Out Some Of The Amazing Women I Coach
Here’s a snapshot from one of my classes at Heavy Weights Barbell Club.
Some of these incredible women have been training with me for nearly 10 years! I’ve had the privilege of guiding them from their very first lift to achieving incredible milestones—whether it’s progressing in their training, overcoming injuries, or stepping onto the platform for powerlifting, strongwoman, or even running competitions and more.
It’s been an absolute pleasure to coach them and support them every step of the way.
I’m beyond thankful for this amazing community of strong women I have in my life both here at my Heavy Weights Barbell Club gym and through Women Who Lift Weights with amazing supportive women from all over the world.

Let Me Help You Reach Your Strength Goals—Wherever You Are!
I don’t just coach in person—I work with women from all over the world through my online coaching programs. Whether your goal is to:
Build strength and feel more confident in the gym
Train for powerlifting competitions and lift heavier than ever
Transform your body through strength-focused fat loss and muscle building
Or simply learn how to lift safely and effectively as a beginner
I’m here to guide you every step of the way with personalized programs, hands-on support, and real accountability to help you crush your goals.
Whether you're brand new to lifting or an experienced lifter looking to break through plateaus, I’ll challenge you, support you, and help you get the results you’re working for.
But here’s the deal—all I ask is that you’re coachable and ready to put in the work.
All I ask is two things.
1. You have to work hard
2. You have to trust your coach
3. You must have fun and enjoy the process (see second pic below lol)
But if you would like to chat about your training, results and how I could possibly help you just take a second and answer these questions and I will do my best to help you.
