Hey there — Coach Rob here, and welcome to this week’s Random Sunday.

If you aren’t familiar with my “Random Sunday” e-mails every week I pick 3 random things about WWLW or me that I think are worth sharing.

Right now I’m writing you from the beautiful Cayman Islands, where we just wrapped up a full week of powerlifting, coaching, and some seriously strong lifting at the NAPF & Pan American Powerlifting Championships.

1. Recap of the NAPF PowerLifting Championships in the Cayman Islands

This past week I had the honor of coaching Team Canada once again at the NAPFs — with over 75 Canadian lifters and more than 350 athletes competing from all across the Americas.

The energy was next level, the lifting was fierce, and I’m incredibly proud of our team. I even jumped in for some livestream commentary between coaching sessions — because if you know me, you know I love talking lifting weights and powerlifting.

Lotts of great moments I’ll never forget.

2. WANTED: 15 Women to try the NEW 30 Day “Hard Core” Challenge (Beta Testers)

I’m looking for 15 women to try out my brand-new 30-day strength program called the "Hard Core" Challenge — built around science-based core training using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
