Random Sunday Dec 8

Christmas Lift Challenge, RDL's & Deadlifts

Happy Sunday to you.

Coach Rob here and I hope you are had a great weekend.

It’s Sunday and that means it’s time for “Random Sunday” where I pick 3 things about WWLW or my life to share with you.

I am just about to wind down after a very busy but awesome weekend but I wanted to send you a quick email with 3 Random Things you maybe find interesting.

1️⃣ The 21 Day Christmas Lift Challenge Took Off!

I had an idea for the holidays.

The 21 Day Christmas Lift Challenge.

The goal is simple.

Lift weights 3X a week over the holidays.

The time when most people drop off, we lift.

It’s not about fat loss, or restricting over the holidays.

It’s about making time to lift and making some time for yourself.

We kicked this off in the Facebook group and WOW… the number of women who decided, “Yeah—this is my time,” has been unreal.

If you want to enjoy your holidays but stay on track with your lifting and training the 21 Day Christmas Lift Challenge is perfect for you..

If you want more info or to join us click here.

2️⃣ Deadlift vs RDL = Apparently a Hot Topic 😅
I dropped that video thinking, “This will help a few people.”

Instead—it lit up.

Tons of great questions, conversations about smarter training, and how to actually prioritize your workouts for results.

This stuff never gets old for me I love it.

If you want to know more about the details between a normal Deadlift vs an RDL with an awesome video of me showing everything with one of my clients click here.

And this post where I talk about how to prioritize your training and exercises for maximum results.

3️⃣ The Top 10 Deadlift Tips PDF Is Getting Wild Feedback

If you love Deadlifts this is for you.

I just finished up my WWLW Top 10 Deadlift Tips .pdf.

It’s simple to read, simple to understand and simply to apply.

When I coach and teach my goal is to make things simple, clear and useful.

Beauty is simplicity, especially when it comes to strength and lifting weights.

If you want a copy just click here (it will open automatically).

I hope you enjoy it!

That’s it for this Sunday.

Wishing you a strong week as we head into the holiday season!
