Random Sunday – Back Home, Bella, & Big News 🐾

I’m finally back home in Pouch Cove, Newfoundland after an amazing trip to the Cayman Islands for my 6th time coaching with Team Canada Powerlifting.
As great as it was, nothing beats walking through the door and seeing my little girl Bella (my German Shepherd) absolutely lose her mind with excitement.

Yesterday, we went for one of our favorite hikes along the rugged Newfoundland coastline — ocean views, fresh salt air, and one very happy shepherd by my side.
