Happy Sunday—I hope you’re doing something today that fills your cup.
Tonight I was out on the East Coast Trail with Bella 🐾 and we caught one of those classic Newfoundland sunsets—the kind that makes you stop, breathe, and feel grateful to be home.
After nearly two weeks coaching at the NAPF Championships in the Cayman Islands, it reminded me how much I missed this. Cayman sunsets were beautiful, but nothing compares to Newfoundland with Bella at my side.
Very grateful for a beautiful walk and sunset.
Health is wealth.
