Coach Rob here and happy Sunday to you.
I hope you enjoyed the last Sunday for August.
I am sad thinking about summer coming to an end in Newfoundland because I feel it just started! While the summers aren’t very long here they are incredibly beautiful and I am very grateful for that.
I had a great day, a hike with Bella, some outdoor Kettlebell and sled training and well a lot of work, too much work (more on that soon).
But overall it was a great weekend and I am looking forward to getting back to my gym, coaching and training tomorrow.

Sadly while summer’s winding down, now is the perfect time to slide back under the bar and lift more weights.
I just pulled an all-nighter (fueled by coffee and math/programming) to relaunch the WWLW App and it was SO worth it.
It was a big goal of mine to get this finished for Sept 1 and I couldn’t be any happier and keep reading you will see why :).
I treat my business like my training and coaching. I need goals, hard deadlines, dates, a plan, accountability and something to look forward to.
We ALL need goals, guidance, support, accountability.
I wrote on paper and my iPhone notes 3 months ago that I would have the WWLW App 2.0 ready for Sept 1.
I also wrote ALL my training goals on paper and IPhone notes and logged my training and programming constantly.
If you don’t approach your training in this way you are missing out.
Take action now:
1. Write down some of your goals
2. Find guidance and support to get those goals
3. Have programming/accountability and timelines - urgency/deadlines
