Coach Rob here and I hope you are doing great.
The week the women at my gym Heavy Weights have been CRUSHING their Strong Her in 42 challenge and I love it.
And I am super excited for all the new women starting online on Monday!
In this e-mail I want to go a little deeper and bring my previous email on proper goal setting and merge it with tracking and accountability.
Let me break down the structure of our Strong Her in 42 program for you and the synergistic combination of 3’s and 9’s for results.

Strong Her in 42 Program is based around the synergy of 3, 6 and 9 for maximum results.
3 Strength Training workouts a week x 6 weeks = 18 Strength Workouts
3 Cardio/Conditioning workouts a week x 6 weeks = 18 Conditioning Workouts
3 Walks or Hikes a week X 6 weeks = 18 Walks or Hikes
2-3 Healthy Meals a Day x 6 weeks / 42 Days = 126 Meals
So we have in summary for minimums for the 42 days:
- 18 Strength Workouts
- 18 Cardio/Conditioning Workouts
- 18 Walks/Hikes
- 126 Meals
Your goal should be to track and log this and get 80/90% or even 100% of these numbers.
These are THINGS YOU CAN CONTROL.
These are the THINGS YOU SHOULD FOCUS ON.
Following this is what I discussed in my previous email which is “Process Goals”.
Accomplishment of “Process Goals” leads to success in “Outcome Goals”.
It's important to FOCUS ON the THINGS YOU CAN CONTROL.
One of the biggest factors for success is doing the right things and taking ownership for your choices, actions and decisions.
