Hey — Coach Rob here.
Earlier today I shared the story about Ruby competing at Nationals at 78 years old.
Watching lifters compete all week reminded me of something simple:
Strength changes everything.
It builds confidence.
It builds resilience.
And it builds a body that stays strong for decades.
One of the things that stood out most at Nationals was seeing so many women competing across different age groups — especially women 40, 50, 60 and beyond stepping onto the platform and lifting strong.
Because the truth is this:
Strength training is for every age.
It’s not just for young athletes or competitive lifters.
Strength training helps you:
• maintain muscle
• protect your joints
• improve balance
• stay independent
• and feel confident in your body
To celebrate Nationals week, I’ve opened up several of my strength-focused programs for you to try.
You can start one of these programs and train with me for the next month completely free.
Inside the app you’ll find programs like:
• The Iron — Barbell + Dumbbell + Kettlebell strength training
• PowerBuilding — PowerLifting + BodyBuilding
• PowerLift in 42 — 6-week powerlifting program
• Powerlifting Foundations — learn the squat, bench, and deadlift
• Learn to Lift the Barbell — perfect for beginners
If you’ve ever wanted to experience real strength training, this is a great time to start.
Take a minute tonight to download the app, choose a program, and get ready to start your training this week.
Monday is a new week — and a great time to begin building real strength.
