How Pain Turned Into Purpose

Yesterday’s email was by far one of the most difficult I’ve ever sent.

Sharing the post and video in our Facebook group about the loss of my sister wasn’t easy. In fact, I made that post over 10 times and deleted it every single time.

When it came to sending the email, I had it open for 30 minutes. I paced around, walked my dogs twice, finding any excuse not to send it. But after much hesitation, I finally hit 'Send.'

It turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made.

The outpouring of kindness and support has been overwhelming, and for that, I am truly grateful. Your words of encouragement have been a light in the dark.

I've always done my best to find the light in difficult times. To take my pain and turn it into a purpose that can help others.

A quote that resonates deeply with me is this:

"Your greatest pain becomes your greatest purpose when you use it to lift others."

I’ve found immense fulfillment in helping others become stronger, healthier, and happier—especially women.

Why women?

Because I’ve come to see that women appreciate strength in a way that’s truly transformative. Women understand how strength doesn’t just change their bodies, but also their lives—and the lives of those around them.

It’s this realization that inspired me to focus on coaching women and why I created WWLW.

I love what I do, and I’m here to help.

If you’re struggling or stuck, I’m here to offer support, guidance, and accountability. If you’re tired of feeling like something needs to change, I’m ready to help you make that change.

Just like it wasn’t easy for me to share my story, taking the first step towards change can be difficult. But real growth happens when we push beyond our comfort zones and take action.

If you’re ready to live better, get stronger, and become the best version of yourself, now is the time to act.
