Hey — Coach Rob here.

Happy Motivation Monday.

I want to share something simple that I do almost every day.

Nothing complicated.
Nothing fancy.

Just three things.

Every morning I open the Notes app on my phone and write down three simple things I want to accomplish that day.

Not twenty things.
Not a huge to-do list.

Just three.

Today mine looked like this:

Today I Will

  1. Start my new training program

  2. Walk 5,000 steps

  3. Do 100 kettlebell swings

That’s it.

Three small actions that move things forward.

Then I also think about my bigger goals for the week.

This Week I Will

  1. Lift weights 3x

  2. Walk 3–4 times

  3. Eat no junk food or takeout

Simple.

But here’s the thing most people miss:

Small actions done consistently beat complicated plans every time.

Most people fail because they try to change everything at once.

They overcomplicate the process.

But if you focus on three meaningful actions each day, things start to build momentum.

One workout.

One walk.

One good decision.

Then another.

And before long you’re doing the things that actually move your health and strength forward.

If one of your goals this week is to start a strength program, I’d love to help you with that.

Right now you can try the Women Who Lift Weights App free for 1 month and start one of my strength programs today.

Inside the app you'll find programs like:

The Iron (Barbell + Dumbbell + Kettlebell)
PowerLift In 42 (6 Week Powerlifting Program)

& More

If you’ve been thinking about getting started — this is a great week to do it.
