Welcome to Motivation Monday đź’Ş
It’s Motivation Monday — and this is your reminder that the way you start your week sets the tone for everything that follows.
One of the simplest but most powerful things you can do?
➡️ Write down 3-5 things you WILL accomplish this week
Not might. Not maybe.
WILL.
Open the notes app on your phone or grab a sticky note and write it down — because getting clear on your intentions changes everything.
Here are a few examples to get you started:
âś… I will get in 3+ workouts this week
âś… I will eat healthy food and stick to my meal plan
âś… I will drink no alcohol
âś… I will prioritize my training and nutrition
âś… I will be grateful for what I have and what my body can do
Trust me — writing things down is a game changer. It keeps your goals front and center and helps you stay focused when life gets busy.
Take a few minutes now and write down 3-5 things ON PAPER or in NOTES on your phone.
