Fri & Sun Night at the Bar...
Friday and Sunday nights at the bar are how I love to spend my weekends… the barbell, that is! 💪
My weekend kicks off with Friday night coaching and training at my Heavy Weights Barbell Club, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Friday night is Deadlift focused night and it’s our last week of higher volume block (yay lol) and next up we move into our next block which will be a technical block to practice and learn some new training skills.
Tonight, I’m excited to work on some new WWLW App programs (stay tuned) and with my clients from all over the world (New Zealand, Australia, UK, USA, Canada & more)
On Sundays, many of my clients check in with me for what we call their “Sunday Summary”—where they update me on their training, nutrition, ask questions, and more.
From there, I dive into reviewing videos, writing custom programs, setting new goals, and giving personalized feedback, chatting via DM and voice etc.

But what I love most?
Hearing their success stories & solving their problems and making their lives better, in training and in life.

That’s the formula for true progress—setting goals, showing up, putting in the work, and having someone in your corner to guide you, hold you accountable, and help you make it happen.
Tomorrow morning I’m starting my day with a big coffee, my morning ritual ☕️ (after electrolytes).
My day starts with coaching online in the AM and at my gym coaching tomorrow night.
Let me tell you a little story.
When I had a big Heavy Weights gym (before the pandemic) we would do a lot of 6 week 42 day challenges.
And one of the things I always said at orientation was: “One message can change your life, but you gotta send that message”.
Because if you don’t take action nothing changes.
So I would challenge ALL my clients to take action and send one message, send one text, send one e-mail to do something you have wanted to do to make your life better.
