Hey Coach Rob here and I hope you are doing great.
A few weeks ago, I sent out an email looking for five women who were ready to take their training to the next level with me as their coach.
Those spots filled up fast, and I have to say, I’m absolutely loving working with my new online clients—they’re making amazing progress.
Today, I wanted to share a bit about how my online coaching works and how it can help you achieve your fitness goals.
Every morning, the first thing I do after grabbing my coffee is log in to the 1-on-1 coaching side of the WWLW App. I check in with my clients, review their nutrition logs, assess lifting techniques, help them set new goals, and share teaching videos to support their progress.

I am a 5-time Team Canada Powerlifting Coach, IPF World Champion Powerlifter, 9-time Worlds Medalist, and 3-time Commonwealth Champion. I’ve competed in Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, and more.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands of women in various fitness areas, including strength, performance, and body transformation and much more.
From the ages of 7 all the way to 75.
From brand new never lifted a weight before all the way to World Champion PowerLifters and Bikini Fitness pros.
