Hey Coach Rob here and I hope you are doing great.
I am just in from an awesome night coaching and I wanted to send you this e-mail because I love what I do, and that is helping women get strong(er) and lift weights!

First however, I want to share with you why I started Women Who Lift Weights and how my passion for coaching women has evolved and grown into a worldwide movement and community that is WWLW.
Why I Created Women Who Lift Weights
I don’t talk about this much, but it’s worth sharing.
Before starting WWLW, I owned a gym called Heavy Weights Training Center (HWTC) in my hometown.
HWTC was a place where strength, performance, and body transformations and lifting weights thrived.
We catered to a wide variety of disciplines, including Powerlifting, Physique Competitions, Fat Loss, Strong Women competitions and more.
As the owner and Head Coach at HWTC, I had years of experience coaching and competing in many areas.
But my true passion was coaching women to lift weights.
I loved coaching women because they are eager to learn, hardworking, coachable, and they appreciate the empowerment that comes with lifting weights and getting strong(er).
I’ll share the detailed story of how and why I created WWLW in another email, but for now, let’s focus on how I can help you achieve your fitness goals.

I am a 5-time Team Canada Powerlifting Coach, IPF World Champion Powerlifter, 9-time Worlds Medalist, and 3-time Commonwealth Champion. I’ve competed in Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, and more.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands of women in various fitness areas, including strength, performance, and body transformation and much more.
