About the 30-Day Hard Core Challenge
This isn’t your average ab challenge. The Hard Core Challenge is a science-based, full-body strength program built around smart, functional core training.
Over 30 days, you’ll train 4 days per week using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells—no fluff, no gimmicks. Each workout pairs a big compound lift (like squats, presses, or deadlifts) with core-focused supersets, giving you total-body strength and stability in one focused session.
