1. Coaching Strong Women on the International PowerLifting Platform
Today, I had the honour of coaching some incredible women in powerlifting, including our Special Olympics lifters and open-class competitors. These women brought heart, strength, and focus to the platform—and I’m proud to be in their corner.
Day 1 was a huge success and I will be coaching all week the last day of competition is Saturday.
2. Why I Love Coaching Women (Especially in Powerlifting)
From total beginners touching a barbell for the first time to women stepping on the world stage, there’s nothing I love more than helping women grow stronger—physically and mentally.
