Happy Sunday.
Catch Rob here and I hope you had a great weekend.
Things have been wild on my end and going to get a little wilder, so I wanted to send you one of my classic Random Sunday emailsājust a few things Iāve been thinking about and working on lately.

1ļøā£ Getting Ready to Coach at the NAPF in the Caymans š°š¾
Right now, Iām prepping to head out to the Cayman Islands in just under two weeks to co-coach Team Canada at the NAPF Championships.
This will be my 6th time coaching Team Canada, which is always an honor, and Iāve never been to the Caymans before, so it should be amazing.
Between that and coaching like crazy at Heavy Weights Barbell Club, adding programs and content to the WWLW App, and also running WWLW life can be busy at times..lol.

This one blows my mind.
The Women Who Lift Weights Facebook Group officially hit 175,000+ members this weekend.
What started as a little idea in my head has turned into this worldwide movement of strong women supporting each other, lifting each other up, and just being amazing.

We get SO many questions in the group about creatine that I decided to just put everything in one easy-to-follow guide:
The WWLW Creatine Report
It covers what it is, how to take it, myths (like the hair loss one), safety, benefits for women, timing, dosageāeverything you need to know.
Iām finishing it up this week and will be sending it your way soon. Itās going to be super helpful.
If you lift weights, this is something you should read.
Look for an email on Wednesday for this I am just finishing it up before I call it a night and I canāt wait to share it with you.
This is like a version 1 and I plan to keep updating it with new creatine info and WWLW member questions.
