BB Squats, KB's, & Bella Benching lol

Monday night back at the club.

Awesome fun night coaching at Heavy Weights Barbell Club.

Lots of Lifting, Barbells, Kettlebells, Loud Music and Bella :).

Tonight it was Barbell Squat focused night along with some fun full body kettlebell exercises.

Here is the workout*:
A1 BB Squats 5×8
A2 DB Bench 5×8
A3 KB Swings x 8
A4 KB Core Sliders x 8
A5 Play (do exercises you and enjoy and that are good for you)
*Volume Phase

Rest as needed in between sets

The goal is not to get tired.

The goal is to maintain strength and speed of the iron to maintain all sets and reps.

Simple, and very effective (and damn fun).
