Quick update I wanted to share…
Over 25 women have already joined the WWLW 21-Day Liftmas Challenge, and the energy inside the Facebook group has been awesome. You’ll see some screenshots below of women posting that they’re in — and that’s exactly what this challenge is about.


I want to invite you to be part of it.
The WWLW 21-Day Liftmas Challenge isn’t about dieting, losing weight, or trying to “fix” anything before January.
It’s about lifting weights, staying consistent, and doing it together.
🚫 This is not a weight-loss challenge.
No food rules.
No scale stress.
Instead, the focus is on:
• Training 3 days per week
• Posting your workouts in the WWLW Facebook group for accountability
• Supporting and encouraging other women
• Staying consistent through the holidays instead of falling off
• Building momentum heading into the New Year
Inside the WWLW App, you’ll choose the program that fits you best:
• Dumbbell Only (home & travel friendly)
• Barbell + Dumbbell + Kettlebell (gym or home gym)
All Liftmas programs now live inside the WWLW Program Library.
