50+ Women Joined Liftmas... Will You Be Next? 🎄💪

Over 50+ women have already joined the WWLW 21-Day Liftmas Challenge — and the energy inside the Facebook group has been incredible. Women are already posting their “I’m in!” screenshots, and the momentum is building.
I’d love for you to be part of it.
The WWLW 21-Day Liftmas Challenge isn’t about dieting, weight loss, or trying to “fix” anything before January.
It’s about lifting weights, staying consistent, and doing it together, and building momentum into the New year.
🚫 Not a weight-loss challenge No food rules. No scale stress.
Instead, the focus is on: • Training 3 days per week • Posting your workouts in the WWLW Facebook group • Supporting and encouraging other women • Staying consistent through the holidays • Building momentum heading into the New Year
21 days too much right now? You can also do the 14-day version. Both count — and both help you finish the year strong.
Inside the WWLW App, you’ll choose the program that fits you best: • Dumbbell Only (home & travel friendly) • Barbell + Dumbbell + Kettlebell (gym or home gym)
Both Liftmas programs are now live inside the Program Library.
