21 Day Liftmas Challenge!💪🎄

I want to invite you to something simple, supportive, and honestly… much needed this time of year.

The WWLW 21-Day Liftmas Challenge isn’t about dieting, losing weight, or “fixing” anything before January.

It’s about lifting weights, staying consistent, and doing it together.

🚫 This is not a weight-loss challenge.
No food rules.
No scale stress.

Instead, the focus is on:
• Training 3 days per week
• Posting your workouts in the WWLW Facebook group for accountability
• Supporting and encouraging other women
• Staying consistent through the holidays instead of falling off
• Building momentum heading into the New Year

Inside the WWLW App, you’ll choose the program that fits you best:
Dumbbell Only (home & travel friendly)
Barbell + Dumbbell + Kettlebell (gym or home gym)

All Liftmas programs now live inside the WWLW Program Library.
